Manual work,
automated.

We design and ship AI systems that reduce manual work and power new capabilities, including workflow orchestration, agentic systems, customer facing tools, and custom integrations.

Operational friction, mapped

Where growing teams lose hours.

Five patterns we see in almost every ops audit. If two or more feel familiar, there is real time to win back.

01

The copy-paste tax

Your team rewrites the same email, the same status update, the same report, dozens of times a week. The work is too varied for a template, too repetitive for a person.

02

Work waiting on people

Tickets, approvals, and handoffs sit idle because someone has to notice them. The bottleneck is not the work itself, it is the gap between steps.

03

Five tabs to answer one question

Your data is technically "in the system." It's just in five systems, and nobody can answer a basic question without opening all of them.

04

Hiring to keep up with volume

Every spike in demand turns into a headcount conversation. You're scaling cost linearly with work, and the margin math is starting to hurt.

05

Watching competitors ship AI

Your competitors are putting AI in front of customers. You have a backlog of ideas, no clear starting point, and the gap is widening.

Solutions

The ways we
bring AI to you.

Every engagement starts with a discovery session and ships within two weeks of solution sign-off. You finish with a live system and documentation your team actually owns.

01 / 03

Workflow orchestration

Multi-tool processes that survive scale. We design the logic, build the integrations, and document the system so your team owns it.

02 / 03

Agentic systems

Agents grounded in your knowledge base that handle the work humans don't need to. We build them to ask, decide, and hand off only when judgment actually matters.

Custom integrations

When the off-the-shelf glue doesn't fit, we write the glue. Internal tools, scripts, and services that fill the gaps your stack can't.

How we work

Four steps. Two weeks.
One owner — yours.

No drawn-out discovery decks, no half-finished pilots. We commit to a deployment date in week one and hit it.

  1. 01

    Discovery

We meet your team, watch the work, and map where time and judgment are leaking.

    ~3 days
  2. 02

    Solution design

We design the workflow, integrations, and decision logic around your processes. You sign off on architecture and a deployment date.

    ~3 days
  3. 03

    Iteration & implementation

We build, test, and deploy inside your existing stack. We stop at each major checkpoint with you to make sure we're building tools you'll actually use.

    ~14 days
  4. 04

    Handoff & tuning

We document the system, train your team, and refine performance over the first 30 days. Ownership transfers, for real.

Who we are

Two engineers
with operator taste.

Opworks Solutions was founded by two USC computer-science graduates who worked together on applied AI projects in support of defense innovation. Through that work, we saw how much value comes from combining technical depth with a clear understanding of how operations actually run.

Today we bring the same approach to business operations: practical automation, thoughtful process design, and systems built inside the tools teams already use.

"We don't sell software. We replace the manual parts of your operation with systems that earn their place." — Michael & Matt, founders

Next step

Ready to make manual optional?

Start with a free consultation. We will review your stack, identify the highest impact opportunities to automate, and give you a practical implementation path, whether you work with us or not.

Engagements are scoped after discovery, typically 4 to 8 weeks, fixed fee.

  • Founder-led 45-minute session
  • Specific recommendations against your current tools
  • You leave with a written automation roadmap, yours to keep.
